## Ingredients

- rice paper
- red pepper flakes
- ground szechuan peppercorn
- hot sizzling oil
- peanut butter
- water
- garlic, minced
- sesame seeds
- sugar
- to garnish scallion, chopped

## Instructions

1. Rehydrate rice paper sheets in a shallow bowl of water.
2. Cut the rehydrated rice paper sheets into noodle strips.
3. In a bowl, combine minced garlic, red pepper flakes, ground Szechuan peppercorns, sesame seeds, and sugar. Pour hot sizzling oil over the mixture.
