# Blackberry Chocolate Cake

## Ingredients

- egg whites
- egg yolks
- sugar
- cocoa powder
- flour
- baking powder
- blackberries
- sugar
- sugar
- butter
- cream cheese
- chocolate bar
- peanuts

## Instructions

1. Whisk the egg whites.
2. Add egg yolks and whisk again.
3. Sift in cocoa powder, flour, sugar and baking powder.
4. Add the mixture to a baking pan.
5. Cook the blackberries with some sugar in a saucepan.
6. Add sugar, butter and cream cheese to a bowl and whisk.
7. Cut the baked dough in three pieces.
8. Add cream cheese and blackberry mixture between the layers.
9. Melt the chocolate bar.
10. Add peanuts to the melted chocolate and stir.
11. Add the chocolate peanut mixture on top of the cake.
