## Ingredients

- 4 pieces pita breads
- 500 g ground lamb or beef
- 1 piece small onion, finely chopped
- 2 pieces garlic cloves, minced
- 0.5 cup parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Arab 7 spice
- Salt
- pepper
- 0.25 cup pomegranate molasses
- Olive oil

## Instructions

1. In a large bowl, mix ground meat, onion, garlic, parsley, Arab 7 spice, salt, pepper, and pomegranate molasses. Knead until combined.
2. Cut the pita bread into halves or quarters. Open each piece and stuff with the meat mixture, evenly spreading it inside.
3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the pan, then sear the open edge of the pita for about 30 seconds to 1 minute on each side to seal it slightly.
4. Preheat the grill to medium heat. Brush both sides of the stuffed pita with olive oil. Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the meat is cooked through and the pita is crispy.
5. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Brush both sides of the stuffed pita with olive oil. Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
