## Instructions

1. Begin by slicing and dicing your potatoes.

4. Air fry for 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
5. Slice and dice your onion without shedding a tear.

7. Add in a bit of garlic and allow it to dance around a bit more.
8. Throw in your ground beef and make sure that it's at least 90% lean because it's higher in protein and lower in calories.

10. Allow it to get nice and brown.
11. Finish it up with some tomato paste and fresh cheddar cheese.
12. Allow the beef to get a little bit of a dance too.
13. To make the delicious sauce, add 1 large avocado, 1/2 cup (120g) non-fat Greek yogurt (or dairy-free), juice of 1 lime, 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, 1 tbsp olive oil (optional for creaminess), 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp cumin, salt and pepper to taste, and water to thin as needed into a blender.
14. Blend until it's nice and smooth.
