# Zimowa sałatka

## Ingredients

- 1 beetroot
- 1 carrot
- 1 potato
- 2 pickles
- 1 onion
- 1 cup red beans
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper

## Instructions

1. Cut the beetroot into small pieces using a grater.
2. Cut the carrot into small pieces using a grater.
3. Cut the potato into small pieces using a grater.
4. Finely chop the pickles.
5. Finely chop the onion.
6. Add the chopped pickles to the beetroot, carrot and potato.
7. Add the chopped onion to the mix.
8. Add the red beans to the mix.
9. Add oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
10. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
