# XXL pizza cookie

This is a super good and easy to make XXL pizza cookie.

## Ingredients

- 200 g brown sugar
- 125 g butter
- 1 vanilla clove
- 1 egg
- 280 g flour
- 0.5 bag baking powder
- 230 g dark chocolate chips
- 1 spread of your choice
- 1 Nutella
- 1 crushed hazelnuts

## Instructions

1. In one piece, add brown sugar, butter and vanilla.
2. Mix in 1 egg.
3. Pour flour with 1/2 bag of baking powder.
4. Mix until you have 1 dough.
5. Add dark chocolate chips.
6. Mix it on 1 baking sheet and spread it out into a pizza shape.
7. Put the pizza cookie in the freezer for 30 minutes.
8. Once it has frozen well, put the oven in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
9. Add the spread of your choice on top.
10. Add crushed hazelnuts.
