## Ingredients

- 1 oil
- 1 unit garlic
- 0.25 cup GOYA Sofrito Tomato Cooking Base
- 2 unit eggs
- 1 salt
- 1 pepper
- 1 fresh grated parmesan

## Instructions

1. Heat up some oil in a pan and add a little extra garlic.
2. Add about a quarter cup of Goya sofrito.
3. Once it starts bubbling, add in two eggs.
4. Put a lid on it.
5. Cook these on low heat.
6. Before they're done, add a little salt and pepper and fresh grated parmesan.
