## Ingredients

- baby red potatoes
- chicken stock

## Instructions

1. Cut the baby red potatoes in half to make them bite-sized.
2. Add the cut potatoes to the crockpot.
3. Add chicken stock to the crockpot, ensuring the potatoes are covered.
4. Combine minced garlic and red chili pepper with olive oil in a measuring cup.
5. Zest the two lemons directly into the measuring cup with the garlic, chili pepper, and olive oil.
6. Squeeze the juice of the two lemons into the measuring cup.
7. Add salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, dried thyme, and oregano to the mixture.
8. Add tomato paste to the mixture in the measuring cup.
9. Whisk all the ingredients in the measuring cup together to form a sauce.
10. Pour the prepared sauce over the potatoes in the crockpot and mix them.
11. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
12. Place the seasoned chicken breasts on top of the potatoes in the crockpot.
13. Pour the remaining sauce over the chicken breasts.
14. Cover the crockpot and cook until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
15. Serve the cooked chicken and potatoes with a drizzle of the sauce from the crockpot.
16. Drizzle some sauce over the broccoli as well.
