## Ingredients

- 2 cans tomato paste
- heavy whipping cream
- Texas toast bread
- basil
- garlic
- 1 shallot
- Parmesan cheese
- rigatoni pasta
- butter
- salt
- pepper
- Italian seasoning
- chili powder spice

## Instructions

1. Chop up the shallots
2. Chop the garlic after smashing it with a knife
3. Melt butter in a pan
4. Add the shallots in the butter
5. Add the salt, pepper and italian seasoning to the shallots
6. Add the garlic
7. Add the tomato paste
8. Mix tomato paste, garlic and shallots
9. Add the heavy whipping cream
10. Lower the heat
11. Add some basil
12. Add parmesan cheese
13. Add chili powder
14. Mix everything

## Equipment

## Tips

- Add as much cheese as you want to
- Grate the cheese yourself, very fine, and it melts perfectly
