# Tiny Teddy-Style Choc Bikkies

## Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil or butter
- 2 tbsp milk of choice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

## Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until a dough forms.
2. Roll the dough out between two sheets of baking paper until about 1/2 cm thick.
3. Cut out the shapes using a cookie cutter.
4. Place cookies onto a lined tray and bake at 160°C for 8 to 10 minutes.
5. Let them cool completely so they crisp up.
