# 3 Ingredient Christmas Cake

## Ingredients

- 1 kilogram dried mixed fruit
- 300 grams self raising flour
- 600 ml any alcohol
- 1 cherries
- 1 walnuts

## Instructions

1. Put the fruit in a bowl.
2. Pour on the alcohol and mix.
3. Let it stand for at least two hours.
4. Add the flour and mix.
5. Put the mixture in a lined cake tin and tap it down to remove any air holes.
6. Decorate with cherries and walnuts.
7. Bake at gas mark 3 for 2-3 hours.
