## Ingredients

- 10 potatoes
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1 onions
- 1 package bacon
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 4 sprigs rosemary
- 1 cup red wine
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter

## Instructions

1. Boil the potatoes until soft.
2. Chop the potatoes, mushrooms, and onions.
3. Mix the mashed potatoes with the sauteed onions and mushrooms.
4. Wrap the potato mixture with thick-cut bacon.
5. Tie the bacon-wrapped roast with string and rosemary.
6. Make the sauce with red wine, soy sauce, sugar, and butter.
7. Pour the sauce over the cooked bacon-wrapped roast.
8. Garnish with rosemary sprig.
