طريقة لجعل العدس يستوي بسرعة.

## Ingredients

- 1 عدس
- 1 كاسة ماء

## Instructions

1. ضعي العدس في قدر على النار.
2. بعد مرور عشر دقائق،  وإذا لم يستوِ العدس، أضيفي كاسة ماء بارد.
3. غطّي القدر واتركيه على نار هادئة لمدة عشر دقائق أخرى.
