# Hot Dog With Roasted Pepper Sauce

## Ingredients

- red pepper
- pickled lemon cubes
- parsley
- garlic clove
- thyme
- olive oil
- frankfurter meat
- mayonnaise
- onion cubes
- mustard
- oil

## Instructions

1. Roast the red pepper in the oven or air fryer for about half an hour.
2. Let it cool before peeling it.
3. Chop it, or grind it.
4. Put the chopped pepper in a bowl.
5. Add pickled lemon cubes, parsley, garlic clove, thyme and olive oil.
6. Mix well and the sauce is ready.
7. Put the frankfurter in a wooden skewer and spin the knife around it.
8. Sauté the frankfurters in a little oil.
9. Make sandwiches with a little mayonnaise, onion cubes, frankfurters, a little mustard and the sauce we made.
