# Red Lobster Biscuit Sausage Balls

Easy-to-make sausage balls using Red Lobster biscuit mix, perfect as an appetizer.

## Ingredients

- 11 oz Red Lobster biscuit mix
- 1 lb sausage
- 16 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- SPG (salt, pepper, garlic) (optional)

## Instructions

1. Mix sausage, biscuit mix, and shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
2. Form the mixture into balls and place them on a baking sheet.
3. Cook at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
4. Mix butter and the seasoning packet from the biscuit mix according to the package instructions.
5. Brush the butter mixture onto the sausage balls as soon as they come out of the oven.
