## Ingredients

- 3 yogures griegos
- 1 palta
- 0.75 taza mayonesa
- 1 jugo de pepinillos
- 1 jalapeños
- 1 sal
- 1 puñado cilantro
- 2 latas atún
- 1 fideos
- 1 pepinillos
- 1 choclo dulce

## Instructions

1. Licuar el yogur griego, palta, jugo de pepinillos, mayonesa, jalapeño y cilantro.
2. Rectificar sal y pimienta.
3. En un bowl, agregar lechuga, pasta previamente cocida, atún, choclo dulce y pepinillos.
4. Aderezar y mezclar.
