# Strawberry Beeswax Candy

A delicious crunchy candy made with strawberries, sugar, lemon and beeswax.

## Ingredients

- 15 strawberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup beeswax
- 1 cup water

## Instructions

1. Wash and chop the strawberries
2. Mix chopped strawberries, sugar and lemon juice
3. Cook the mixture until it reaches the desired consistency
4. Pour mixture into a jar
5. Melt the beeswax in water
6. Pour the melted beeswax into rose molds
7. Add a spoonful of strawberry mixture on top of the beeswax
8. Let it cool down until solid
9. Remove from molds and eat
