## Ingredients

- 2 paciņas biezpiens
- 50 g saldais krējums
- 1 ēdamkarote cukurs
- nedaudz laima sula
- 400 g saldētas (atdzesētas) vai svaigas zemenes

## Instructions

1. Put the curd in a bowl.
2. Whip sweet cream with sugar.
3. Add curd, whisk a little and put in the refrigerator.
4. Blend the strawberries with lime juice. Add agave syrup to sweetness, but you can use sugar.
5. Serve.
