# Cheese Wrapped Hotdogs

A delicious twist on a classic hotdog where the sausage is wrapped in a crispy, griddled mozzarella cheese crust.

## Ingredients

- 1 pack bun length hotdog
- 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 pack hotdog bun
- sweet relish (optional)
- hot pepper (optional)
- mustard (optional)

## Instructions

1. Set one side of grill or griddle to medium heat and the other side to low.
2. Add hotdogs to the medium heat side and griddle or grill to your liking.
3. Steam the buns.
4. Add a small handful of cheese to the low heat section of the griddle in a 4x4 inch square.
5. Add a hotdog to one end of the cheese crust, cook until a crust forms, then roll the hotdog up in the cheese.
6. Place the cheese-wrapped hotdog in a bun.
