## Ingredients

- 1 kg farina Petra 5063
- 580 g latte
- 2 uova
- 15 g sale
- 15 g lievito
- 100 g burro
- ketchup
- mustard

## Instructions

1. Pour flour into a mixer.
2. Add milk.
3. Add butter.
4. Add butter and salt.
5. Take the dough out of the machine and make some folds.
6. Let the dough rest.
7. Make the balls.
8. Brush with egg yolk and milk.
9. Wait for them to triple in volume and then put them in the oven.
10. Add ketchup.
11. Add mustard.
