# Brownies

This is a recipe for original fudge brownies with a crust.

## Ingredients

- 200 gram chocolate
- 120 gram butter
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 cup flour
- pinch salt
- 3 eggs
- vanilla
- 1 cup sugar

## Instructions

1. Melt butter either in the microwave or in a water bath.
2. Add semi-sweet and semi-bitter chocolate to the butter.
3. Stir the chocolate and butter and microwave again to melt.
4. In a mixing bowl, add three large eggs, sugar, and vanilla.
5. Whisk on high speed until the size of the egg doubles.
6. Sift in flour and cocoa.
7. Add a pinch of salt and mix.
8. Add the chocolate and butter mix.
9. Mix it all together, making sure to get the batter at the bottom with a spatula.
10. Pour the batter into a square pan lined with parchment paper.
11. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
12. Cut the brownies into squares.

## Tips

- For baking, preheat the oven for five minutes with fire from both sides.
