# Mini Muffins

## Ingredients

- 0.75 cup milk
- 0.5 cup flavorless oil
- 2 eggs
- 0.5 cup sugar
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup cake flour
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon vanilla
- chocolate chips
- equal parts water
- equal parts sugar

## Instructions

1. Add the milk, oil, and eggs to a bowl and mix.
2. Add the sugar, all purpose flour, cake flour and baking powder and mix.
3. Add vanilla and chocolate chips and mix.
4. Add batter to muffin tin.
5. Bake at 350 for about 16 minutes.
6. Create a sugar syrup.
7. Brush on the sugar syrup while the muffins are still hot.
8. Let cool.
