# Tater Tot Meatloaf Casserole

## Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 packet Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 bag cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 bag frozen tater tots

## Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
2. Place ground beef into a 9x13 baking dish.
3. Add egg, milk, diced red bell pepper, onion soup mix, crushed crackers, ketchup, and barbecue sauce to the dish.
4. Mix all ingredients together, then flatten the mixture along the bottom of the dish.
5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
6. Arrange frozen tater tots evenly over the top of the cheese layer.
7. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
