# Bacon-Wrapped Cheese and Jalapeño Bites

## Ingredients

- bacon, sliced
- sausage, sliced into rounds
- cheddar cheese, cut into cubes
- jalapeño, sliced into rounds
- bbq seasoning
- barbecue sauce

## Instructions

1. Cut the sausage into rounds and the cheddar cheese into cubes.
2. Assemble the bites by layering a round of sausage, a cube of cheddar, and a slice of jalapeño on top of a strip of bacon.
3. Roll the bacon around the filling and secure with a toothpick.
4. Season the bites generously with barbecue seasoning.
5. Smoke the bites on a grill at 260 degrees Fahrenheit for 2 hours. After one hour of cooking, place the bites into a pan to contain the cheese.
6. Dip or brush the finished bites with barbecue sauce.
