# Chocolate Eclair Cake

## Ingredients

- 2 packages instant vanilla pudding
- 5 cups milk
- 1 jumbo tub cool whip
- 1 cup sugar
- 0.5 cup milk
- 0.67 cup cocoa powder
- 1.5 sticks butter
- 0.33 cup chocolate chips
- 1 splash vanilla
- 0 graham crackers

## Instructions

1. Mix together pudding mix and milk until pudding has set up. Fold in cool whip. Set aside.
2. Add sugar, cocoa powder, and milk to a sauce pan. Whisk and heat until bubbling.
3. On low heat add butter and chocolate chips.
4. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Stir to combine.
5. Layer graham crackers on the bottom of a foil pan.
6. Add the pudding layer.
7. Add another layer of graham crackers.
8. Pour over the chocolate and spread.
9. Cover and chill overnight.
