# Apple Cinnamon French Toast Poppables

## Ingredients

- 8 whole egg
- 2 cup milk
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 splash vanilla
- dried bread cubes, cubed
- 2 cup apple, peeled and finely chopped
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2-3 tbsp melted butter or margarine

## Instructions

1. Cut leftover bread or crusts into cubes and let them dry out overnight.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla.
3. Fold in the bread cubes and chopped apples, adding just enough bread to soak up the liquid.
4. Divide the mixture into 24 greased muffin tins or silicone pans.
5. Mix together the crumb topping ingredients and sprinkle on top.
6. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
7. Cool completely before freezing.
