# Aperitivo de fuet

## Ingredients

- 70 gr fuet in pieces
- 60 gr cebolletas
- 60 gr pepinillos
- 1 cucharada mostaza
- Vinagre balsamico
- 1 cucharada aceite

## Instructions

1. Put fuet, cebolleta, pepinillo, and mustard in the food processor.
2. Mix at speed 8 for a few seconds.
3. Put the mixture in a ring mold on a plate.
4. Serve with balsamic vinegar and crackers.
