## Ingredients

- 1 container premade chocolate chip cookie dough
- 1 block softened cream cheese
- 0.5 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 dash vanilla extract

## Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
2. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
3. Press half inch thick premade chocolate chip cookie dough into the prepared pan.
4. In a bowl, mix 1 block of softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1 egg, and a dash of vanilla until well combined.
5. Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the cookie dough in the pan.
6. Flatten small pieces of the remaining cookie dough and place them on top of the cheesecake mixture.
7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
8. Let cool completely then refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving.
