## Instructions

1. Combine 1 ¼ cups flour, 1 Tbsp sugar, 1 Tbsp baking powder, and ¼ tsp salt to make pancake mix.
2. Combine 1 cup sugar, ¾ cup flour, ⅓ cup cocoa, ½ tsp baking powder, and ½ tsp salt to make brownie mix.
3. Combine 2 ½ cups flour, 1 ½ cups sugar, 2 ½ tsp baking powder, and 1 tsp salt to make cake mix.
4. Combine 2 cups flour, ¾ cup sugar, 2 tsp baking powder, ½ tsp baking soda, and ½ tsp salt to make muffin mix.
5. Combine 2 cups flour, 3 tsp baking powder, ½ tsp baking soda, and 1 tsp salt to make biscuit mix.
6. Combine 1 ½ cups flour, ½ tsp baking soda, ¼ tsp salt, ½ cup brown sugar, and ¼ cup sugar to make cookie mix.
7. Combine 1 cup powdered sugar, ½ cup cocoa, 1 cup powdered milk, and a pinch of salt to make hot cocoa mix.

## Tips

- Double, triple, or quadruple the dry ingredients to make larger batches. Store in airtight containers and scoop 1 batch (batch amount listed in each recipe) at a time to combine with the wet ingredients.
