- pinch nutritional yeast

## Instructions

1. Blend the sardines and egg together until smooth.

3. Spoon tiny portions onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (you can use a piping bag or just your fingers).
4. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10–12 minutes, or until golden.
