# Mayonesa de huevo frito

Una mayonesa hecha con huevos fritos.

## Ingredients

- 3 huevos
- 1 cdta mostaza de dijon
- 120 ml aceite de oliva
- 1 pizca sal

## Instructions

1. Freír los huevos hasta que queden con puntilla.
2. Poner los huevos fritos, la mostaza, el aceite de oliva y la sal en un vaso de batidora.
3. Triturar/emulsionar a máxima potencia.
4. Si queda muy espeso, añadir un poco de agua o nata; si queda muy líquido, añadir más aceite.
5. Servir y disfrutar.
