# Champorado

A quick and easy version of the traditional Filipino chocolate rice porridge.

## Ingredients

- glutinous rice
- water
- sugar
- cocoa powder
- evaporated milk (optional)

## Instructions

1. Combine glutinous rice and water in a pot.
2. Add sugar to the pot.
3. Dissolve cocoa powder in a small amount of liquid and add to the pot.
4. Cook the mixture, stirring frequently, until the rice is soft.
5. Ladle the cooked champorado into bowls.
6. Top with evaporated milk before serving.

## Tips

- You can use Filipino tablea instead of cocoa powder.
