## Ingredients

- 6 peaches
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup maple syrup or sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 dash cinnamon

## Instructions

1. Peel and slice the peaches.
2. Beat 3 eggs in a bowl.
3. Add 1 cup of flour to the beaten eggs.
4. Add 1 cup of maple syrup.
5. Add a pinch of salt and 1 tsp of vanilla.
6. Add 1 cup of heavy whipping cream and whisk until it is all mixed together.
7. Place the sliced peaches in an unbaked pie shell.
8. Pour the cream mixture into the pie shell.
9. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
10. Bake the pie.
11. Let cool completely.
