## Ingredients

- 8 mozzarella sticks
- 1 pizza dough
- Italian seasoning
- egg wash
- fresh parsley
- parmesan cheese
- marinara sauce

## Instructions

1. Unwrap the mozzarella sticks.
2. Arrange eight mozzarella sticks on a cutting board.
3. Cut the mozzarella sticks into fourths.
4. Roll out some pizza dough on a cutting board.
5. Cut the pizza dough into 32 pieces.
6. Place one mozzarella cube on top of each pizza dough piece.
7. Season the mozzarella and dough with Italian seasoning.
8. Roll each seasoned dough piece with mozzarella into a dough ball, ensuring the cheese is enclosed.
9. Place the dough balls, seam side down, on a sheet pan lined with baking paper, arranging them in the shape of a Christmas tree.
10. Brush the dough balls with egg wash.
11. Bake the Christmas tree appetizer at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 16 minutes, until golden on top and the cheese starts to ooze out.
12. Garnish with fresh parsley.
13. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
14. Serve with marinara sauce.
