# Mushroom Potato Cakes

## Ingredients

- 120 gr steamed potato
- 3 button mushroom
- 1 egg
- 0.25 tsp oregano
- 0.25 tsp thyme
- 0.25 tsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp flour
- 15 gr grated cheese

## Instructions

1. Mash the potatoes.
2. Add finely chopped and sautéed button mushroom.
3. Add oregano leaves.
4. Add an egg.
5. Add thyme.
6. Add onion powder.
7. Add flour.
8. Add grated cheese.
9. Mix all the ingredients well.
10. Pour the mixture into a piping bag.
11. Pipe the mixture onto a pre-heated frying pan.
12. Cook until both sides are golden brown.
