## Ingredients

- 1 cup toasted pecans
- Monterey Jack cheese
- sharp cheddar cheese
- a whole bunch green onions
- a little mayonnaise
- some Cajun seasoning
- red pepper jelly
- favorite crackers

## Instructions

1. Chop toasted pecans.
2. In a bowl, combine toasted pecans, Monterey Jack cheese, sharp cheddar cheese.
3. Chop green onions.
4. Add green onions, reserving some for garnish.
5. Add mayonnaise and Cajun seasoning.
6. Mix well.
7. Put the mixture down in a dish.
8. Top it with red pepper jelly.
9. Garnish with green onion.
10. Serve it up with your favorite crackers.
