# Taco Bell Style Quesarito

## Ingredients

- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 whole chipotle peppers in adobo
- 0.5 tsp adobo sauce
- 0.5 tsp chili powder

- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp garlic powder
- 0.25 tsp onion powder
- 0.25 tsp paprika
- 1 burrito-size tortilla
- 1 taco-size tortilla
- 1 spoonful nacho cheese
- 1 scoop seasoned rice
- 1 scoop taco meat
- 1 shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 sour cream

## Instructions

1. Add one cup of mayonnaise to a blender, along with two whole chipotle peppers and a small spoonful of adobo sauce, and the seasoning mix (½ tsp chili powder, ½ tsp sugar, ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp garlic powder, ¼ tsp onion powder, ¼ tsp paprika).
2. Blend until it's creamy. This sauce is ready to use right away, or you can chill it in the fridge to let those flavors marinate.
3. Warm up the burrito-sized tortilla.
4. Add a spoonful of nacho cheese and some shredded cheddar cheese onto the warm burrito-sized tortilla.
5. Place the taco-sized tortilla on top of the nacho cheese and shredded cheddar.
6. Add a scoop of seasoned rice onto the taco-sized tortilla.
7. Add a scoop of taco meat.
8. Add some of the homemade chipotle sauce.
9. Add some sour cream.
10. Wrap up the burrito.
11. Toast it in a dry skillet on both sides until it's lightly browned.
