## Ingredients

- 0.5 pot bacon
- 2 large chicken breasts
- pepper
- Italian seasoning
- garlic powder
- Italian style bread crumbs
- 1 cup Caesar dressing
- oil
- few tablespoons butter
- minced garlic
- 1 pound pasta
- 1 carton reduced sodium chicken broth
- 0.5 cup heavy cream
- 0.5 cup Caesar dressing
- 1 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
- a little bit more heavy cream

## Instructions

1. Chop about half a pot of bacon and cook on low heat in a large skillet.
2. While bacon is cooking, trim and thinly slice two large chicken breasts, aiming for three slices per breast.
3. Season chicken slices with pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
4. Prepare two separate bowls: one with Italian style bread crumbs and the other with about a cup of Caesar dressing.
5. Dip each piece of chicken first in the Caesar dressing, then in the bread crumb mixture, ensuring a nice thin layer.
6. Set the breaded chicken aside until the bacon is cooked to your desired crispiness.
7. Remove the cooked bacon from the skillet and add the chicken to the same skillet.
8. Cook chicken for about 3 minutes on each side; if thicker, cook for 4 minutes per side.
9. If there isn't enough bacon grease for the second batch of chicken, add a little oil to the pan and cook the remaining chicken.
10. Clean up the pan a little, then add a few tablespoons of butter and some minced garlic to the skillet.
11. Once the garlic is fragrant, add 1 pound of pasta and toss it up.
12. Pour in one carton of reduced sodium chicken broth and boil for about 8 to 10 minutes.
13. Thinly slice the cooked chicken.
14. Once the broth has been absorbed and the noodles are al dente, turn off the heat.
15. Add about half a cup of heavy cream and around half a cup of Caesar dressing to the pasta.
16. Toss the pasta mixture and add about a cup of freshly shredded Parmesan cheese.
17. If desired, add a little more heavy cream for a creamier consistency.
18. Top the finished pasta with the cooked bacon and sliced chicken.
19. Garnish with a little more freshly shredded Parmesan cheese.
