- Onion
- Meat
- Fat
- Water
- Bay Leaves
- Garlic
- Salt

- Cardamom

## Instructions

1. Pour some oil into a pot.
2. Add chopped onion.
3. Stir the onions.
4. Add the meat and a piece of fat, stir.
5. Add boiled water until the meat is covered.
6. Add bay leaves, garlic and green pepper.
7. Add salt, black pepper, cardamom and the seven spices.
8. Give it a stir and cover until the meat is cooked. Add more water if needed.
