# Crispy One-Pan Egg & Bacon Toast

## Ingredients

- 2 slices slices of toast
- 5 slices slices of bacon
- 4 slices slices of cheddar cheese
- 3 eggs eggs
- 1 portion fresh salad greens
- 1 tomato tomato
- 1 tablespoon oil

## Instructions

1. Place bacon slices in a frying pan.
2. Cook bacon until crispy.
3. Pour beaten eggs over the bacon.
4. Place two slices of toast on top of the eggs.
5. Add lettuce and tomato slices.
6. Fold the toast over the filling and cook for a few seconds to toast the bread.
7. Cut the sandwich in half.
