# Christmas Casserole

## Ingredients

- 8 biscuits
- 1 lb ground breakfast sausage
- 1 small bag shredded cheese
- 8 eggs
- 1 a little bit milk
- 1 a pinch salt
- 1 a pinch pepper

## Instructions

1. Spray baking pan with cooking spray.
2. Place 8 biscuits in the bottom of the pan and mash them together to cover the bottom.
3. Brown 1 lb of breakfast sausage in a frying pan and drain the grease.
4. Pour the cooked sausage into the baking pan.
5. Pour a small bag of shredded cheese over the sausage.
6. Crack open 8 eggs into a measuring cup.
7. Add a little bit of milk, salt, and pepper to the eggs.
8. Mix the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper thoroughly.
9. Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and cheese.
10. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
11. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
12. Serve and add syrup on top.
