## Ingredients

- 0.5 yellow onion, diced
- 0.5 yellow bell pepper, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp avocado oil
- 16 oz diced cooked chicken
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp cajun seasoning
- 4 tbsp cream cheese
- 2 chipotles in adobo, diced
- 10 street taco flour tortillas
- 1 cup jack cheese
- cilantro for garnish
- 0.25 cup mayo
- 0.25 cup sour cream (or greek yogurt)
- 2 chipotles in adobo
- 1 lime juiced
- salt to taste
- garlic powder to taste

## Instructions

1. Saute onions, garlic, and peppers in oil.
2. Add chicken, chipotles, and seasonings.
3. Mix in cream cheese and cover until melted.
4. Fill taco tortillas evenly with filling.
5. Place in an oiled 9x13 baking dish.
6. Bake at 400 for 12 minutes.
7. Blend all sauce ingredients.
