# Key Lime Pie Martini

A sweet and citrusy cocktail inspired by Key Lime Pie.

## Ingredients

- 2 cup vanilla vodka
- 1 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cup simple syrup
- 1/2 cup licor 43
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1 splash heavy cream (optional)
- marshmallow fluff, for rimming the glass (optional)
- graham crackers, for rimming the glass (optional)

## Instructions

1. Combine vanilla vodka, lime juice, simple syrup, licor 43, and pineapple juice in a 1L bottle.
2. Refrigerate the mixture for up to a week.
3. Rim the glass with marshmallow fluff and crushed graham crackers.
4. Add a splash of heavy cream to the mixture and shake vigorously before serving.
