# Easy Creamy Cheese Pasta

## Ingredients

- 1 red onion
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 handful basil
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 pinch salt
- 100 ml water
- 100 g spaghetti
- 1 pinch dried oregano
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- 50 g mozzarella

## Instructions

1. Finely chop the red onion and sauté in a pan with olive oil until translucent.
2. Add cherry tomatoes, butter, and basil. Mix well.
3. Stir in the tomato paste and salt.
4. Pour in the water and simmer until slightly reduced.
5. Add the spaghetti and cook, stirring occasionally until the pasta is al dente.
6. Sprinkle in dried oregano.
7. Add cream cheese and mix until melted and creamy.
8. Top with mozzarella slices.
9. Serve and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
