# Taco Pie

## Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 Package Taco Seasoning
- 4 eggs
- 2 /3 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese

## Instructions

1. Scramble a pound of ground beef until no longer pink. Drain excess grease.
2. Stir in taco seasoning and remove from heat.
3. In a large bowl, whisk together 4 eggs with 2/3 cup of heavy cream.
4. Add the cooked beef, 1/2 cup of shredded Colby Jack cheese, and 1/4 cup of salsa to the bowl and stir until combined.
5. Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
6. Top with remaining cheese.
7. Bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes.
8. Top with your favorite taco toppings.
