## Ingredients

- oil
- Iru
- pepper mix
- meat stock
- Egusi
- beef stock
- cooked meat
- shaki
- kpomo
- bitter leaf
- Uziza leaf
- spinach
- swallow

## Instructions

1. Pour oil in a pan.
2. Add Iru and stir.
3. Add pepper mix and stir.
4. Add meat stock.
5. Mix egusi with beef stock.
6. Add the mixture in the pan and cover it.
7. Stir well.
8. Add cooked meat.
9. Add shaki and kpomo and stir well.
10. Add bitter leaf and uziza leaf and cover it.
11. Add spinach and stir.
12. Serve with swallow.
