# Crock Pot Beef and Mushrooms

A simple and delicious beef and mushroom dish made in a crock pot.

## Ingredients

- 1 pack stew meat
- butter
- mushrooms
- ton garlic
- 1 package brown gravy mix
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 small can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pack Lipton onion soup mix

## Instructions

1. Brown the stew meat in a hot skillet, just enough to get some color on it.
2. Transfer the browned stew meat to the crock pot.
3. In the same skillet, add butter and mushrooms and brown them.
4. Add a ton of garlic to the mushrooms and butter once they are browned.
5. Transfer the browned mushrooms and garlic over the beef in the crock pot.
6. Mix a package of brown gravy mix with a cup of cold water.
7. Add a small can of cream of mushroom soup to the gravy mixture.
8. Pour the gravy mixture over the top of the beef and mushrooms in the crock pot.
9. Cover the crock pot and cook on low.
10. After about an hour, add a pack of Lipton onion soup mix.
