## Ingredients

- 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 2 whole egg, room temperature
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 whole organic orange, zested

## Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and oil a baking dish such as a 9-inch round pan or rectangular tart form.
2. Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. Whisk eggs, then add the greek yogurt, olive oil, orange juice, and orange zest.
