# Homemade Dunkaroos Ice Cream

## Ingredients

- 8 ounces Cream cheese
- 1 quart Heavy whipping cream
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons Cake batter oil (from LorAnn's)
- 2 cans Sweetened condensed milk
- 1 box Annie's Birthday Cake Bunny Grahams
- 0.5 cup Rainbow sprinkles

## Instructions

1. Take a cold bowl from the freezer and place it in the electric mixer.
2. Add 8 ounces of cream cheese to the cold bowl.
3. Beat the cream cheese for one minute until it's nice and smooth.
4. Add one quart (4 cups) of heavy whipping cream to the bowl.
5. Add 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
6. Add 2 teaspoons of cake batter oil from LorAnn's.
7. Attach the whisk to the mixer.
8. Mix on speed 6 until stiff peaks form, which should take about 2 minutes.
9. Add two 14-ounce cans of sweetened condensed milk to the mixture.
10. Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk.
11. Take one box of Annie's Birthday Cake Bunny Grahams and pour them onto a cutting board.
12. Chop the bunny grahams into smaller pieces, saving some for topping.
13. Add the chopped bunny grahams to the ice cream mixture.
14. Add half a cup of rainbow sprinkles to the mixture, saving some for topping.
15. Gently fold the grahams and sprinkles into the ice cream mixture.
16. Pour the ice cream mixture into an ice cream container or a loaf pan.
17. Sprinkle the remaining bunny grahams on top for decoration.
18. Sprinkle the remaining rainbow sprinkles on top for decoration.
19. Place the ice cream in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
20. Serve the homemade ice cream.
