## Ingredients

- 1 Eigelb
- 1 EL Senf
- 1 EL Honig
- 1 Knoblauchzehe
- 0 Salz
- 0 Pfeffer

## Instructions

1. Gib ein komplettes Glas getrocknete Tomaten mit Öl in ein Mixgefäß.
2. Gib eine Knoblauchzehe, Senf und Honig hinzu.
3. Füg ein Eigelb, etwas Salz und Pfeffer hinzu.
4. Mixe alles mit einem Mixer durch.
5. Streiche die Masse auf dein Brot.
6. Belege mit Salat und Tomaten.
